What is improv?

Improv or improvisation is unscripted theatre where everything is made up on the spot.

Why do improv?

Improv is an excellent way to better your communication skills, boost  confidence and unlock creativity. It will help you be more confident in spontaneous situations.
This course is suitable for beginners – no acting skills required – just a desire to have fun and learn something new.

Why Moscow Improv Club?

Moscow Improv Club is the first international community and school of improv in Moscow, est. 2015. We’ve been teaching adults for 5 years, providing an opportunity to grow and perform on a national as well as international levels.
Throughout the whole course you’ll be studying in a fun and friendly environment, which will help you obtain skills better. You’ll be learning to accept other people’s ideas, say "yes" to things, make mistakes and love them.

Instructor: Ed Kirakosyan — an experienced improviser and performer who has travelled and performed in a lot of cities of Russia and took part in a few international improv festivals. Ed is a member of the main cast of Moscow Improv Club, he performs and hosts shows on a weekly basis in the centre of Moscow. His style is a unique combination of wit, tongue-in-cheek humour and solid scene and team work.
